This summer, give yourself permission to slow down, move your body, and reconnect…with yourself and with others.

The Summer Glow Social is an elevated wellness experience designed for women who are craving more than just another workout class. It’s a space to recharge, meet like-minded wome and spend an afternoon investing in your well-being!

We’ll begin with an energizing sculpt or cycling class (first come first serve of which modality!), followed by a post recovery moment, before transitioning into a curated social experience filled with wellness activations, nourishing refreshments, meaningful conversation and opportunities to connect.

Whether you’re arriving with friends or coming on your own, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive community where connection feels natural and everyone belongs.

Expect movement, laughter, beautiful details, thoughtful experiences, and the chance to leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more connected than when you arrived.

    • A 30 minute energizing Sculpt or Indoor Cycling class ( Your Choice!) at Rev'd Foxboro
    • Guided breathwork and recovery experiences
    • Wellness activations and self-care moments
    • Refreshments and curated sponsor offerings

    • Beautiful photo moments and thoughtful surprises throughout the event

    Check in, grab your wellness shot, meet fellow attendees, and settle into the experience.

    1:30 PM | Sculpt Class

    Move your body through an uplifting sculpt class designed for all experience levels.

    2:00 PM | Recovery & Breathwork

    Slow down, reset, and recharge through guided recovery and breathwork.

    2:15 PM | Summer Glow Social Hour

    Enjoy wellness activations, sponsor experiences, refreshments, photo opportunities, and intentional connection with other women in the community.

    3:00 PM | Closing

    Leave feeling energized, inspired, and connected—with new memories, new friendships, and a full cup.
