Meet Ashley
Hi, I'm Ashley O'Reilly, founder of The Soul Social.
If you had told me years ago that I would be creating wellness events for women looking for connection, community, and a little more joy in their lives, I probably would have laughed and said, "That sounds amazing, but who has the time?"
As it turns out, that's exactly the point.
Like so many women, I spent years juggling work, responsibilities, relationships, and the never ending to do lists that somehow seem to multiply overnight. Between trying to be productive, present, and put together, I realized something was missing. I was craving deeper conversations, genuine friendships, and experiences that felt meaningful. Not another obligation on the calendar, but something I could actually look forward to.
I also realized I wasn't alone.
So many women are searching for connection. We want community, but making new friends as adults can feel strangely similar to dating. You're wondering if they like you, you're hoping someone texts first, and you're secretly thrilled when you find someone who loves a good coffee run and personal growth as much as you do.
That's where The Soul Social was born.
I created The Soul Social to be the kind of space I was looking for myself. A place where women can step away from the demands of everyday life, prioritize their well being, and connect with others in a way that feels natural and genuine.
Drawing from my background creating memorable experiences and bringing people together, I wanted to build more than an event. I wanted to create a community.
Every Soul Social gathering is thoughtfully designed to help women feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door. Whether it's through wellness experiences, movement, mindfulness, inspiring conversations, or simply sharing a laugh with someone who quickly feels like an old friend. My goal is for every guest to leave feeling lighter, more connected, and a little more inspired than when they arrived.
Because at the end of the day, wellness is not just about what we do for our bodies. It's about feeling supported. It's about belonging. It's about finding your people.
And if that happens while sipping a matcha, discovering a new wellness brand, or making a friend you'll text after the event saying, "I'm so glad we met," then that's even better.
Thank you for being here. I am so excited to welcome you into The Soul Social community.
With gratitude,
Ashley
